SIS Offices Around the World
SIS (Stranglers Information Service) has been in existence since 1977, publishing the fanzine
"Strangled" and providing up-to-date information to fans around the world.
As a commercial
entity, SIS was forced to close in 1997, for financial reasons. However,
under Marian Shepherd's leadership, they currently operate on a voluntary basis, as "SIS UK",
continuing the tradition of contact with fans and the close ties with the band
and management.
Over the years, fans have set up SIS offices in various countries
around the world. The SIS "family" currently consists of the network of
offices listed below (most recently supplied information shown); these offices serve fans mostly within (but not
entirely limited to) their geographical location. Please contact these offices directly for further details on
the services and merchandise they provide; enclose a stamped,
self-addressed envelope (or international reply coupons) with any
regular-mail enquires. Links are provided, where applicable.
