Download single chosen, Decades Apart artwork released

Details of spring's new releases are taking shape...

The Stranglers have prepared two new songs for the potential single release. The first track is the Leamington-debuted Retro Rockets and the second is I Don’t See the World Like You Do.

After much deliberation Retro Rockets has been chosen as the download only single.

As an extra bonus both tracks should now be included on the forthcoming Decades Apart compilation as well.

The release dates - through EMI - for the single and album are tentatively 22 February and 1 March respectively although these dates may change.

For those of you who would prefer to have a more ‘physical’ copy of the single, we hope to bring you an exclusive CD single sleeve design that can be downloaded from this site and printed to go with a CDR of the track that you have burned.

We will post a specific link closer to the release date for the single download.

Hopefully, with everyone’s help, we can make a concerted effort to make a big impact on the download only chart to mark the band's 5th decade of chart hits.

Finally, we can exclusively reveal the finished artwork for ‘Decades apart’ which looks great in our opinion. Definite echoes of Rattus there…
